Who We’re Looking For

  • Russell Group graduates preferred

Minimum 2

1 degree classification required

  • 1st Class graduates guaranteed an interview
  • Degree must be in a related field such as:
  • Psychology, English, Education, Childhood Studies, Sociology, Linguistics, Maths, Science
  • Confident, proactive and emotionally intelligent individuals
  • Passionate about supporting children academically and personally

The Role

As a Graduate Learning Mentor, you’ll work closely with pupils across KS1 and KS2, supporting learning, confidence and engagement both inside and outside the classroom.

You’ll provide

  • 1:1 and small group interventions
  • Academic mentoring and classroom support
  • Support for pupils with additional needs
  • Behaviour and wellbeing support
  • Encouragement for students needing confidence boosts academically or socially
