What You’ll Do
Play a critical role in supporting new customers integration, ensuring excellent standards of care from day one of a customer’s journey with HSM.
Your responsibilities will include
- Providing short‑term care and support, focusing on new customer integration.
- Building strong rapport with customers and their families from the outset.
- Identifying risks, safeguarding concerns and any required interventions.
- Communicating clearly with branch teams, field care supervisors and other professionals.
- Ensuring accurate, timely documentation that meets regulatory standards.
- Representing Home Support Matters with professionalism, empathy and expertise.
What You’ll Bring
- Strong experience in care or support roles.
- Confidence in assessing needs and making informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and calm under pressure.
- Solid understanding of safeguarding and risk.
- A proactive, organised and professional approach.
- A Full UK Driving Licence and access to own vehicle with business insurance.
