Healthcare Assistant

About the Role

We are seeking compassionate and motivated Healthcare Workers to support people with physical disabilities living in their own homes. The role focuses on promoting independence, recovery and wellbeing in a person-centred and empowering environment.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver person-centred support in line with individual Support Plans and risk assessments.

Promote independence, daily living skills and emotional wellbeing.

Provide personal care where identified, ensuring dignity and privacy at all times.

Prompt or assist with medication in line with training and company policies.

Support with meal preparation, shopping and household tasks.

Encourage access to community activities, education, employment, and healthcare.

Maintain accurate records and report safeguarding concerns appropriately.

Work collaboratively with colleagues, managers, and external professionals.
