We are seeking a dedicated 1:1 Teaching Assistant to join its supportive and nurturing team in Ipswich. Redstone Hall School supports up to 30 pupils aged 5-18 with a range of complex needs. The school provides a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment, where every learner is encouraged to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.

We are looking for individuals who

Have a strong educational background, ideally to A-level, with GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics

Have previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role

Have experience supporting pupils with SEMH needs

Are confident in applying behaviour management strategies
