We are seeking a compassionate and motivated band 2 Healthcare Support Workers to join our Older Peoples Medicine team on Dunston Ward. This is a rewarding opportunity to support the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care for older adults with a range of complex physical, cognitive, and social needs. Working under the direction of a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in supporting patients, service users, and their families across a range of care settings.

The successful candidate will be highly motivated, enthusiastic and keen to learn and develop.

Under the direction of the registered professional, work with all members of the multi-disciplinary team, to contribute to the provision of the highest standards of patient care delivered with dignity, respect and compassion. This job description is to be read in conjunction with the scope of practice for band 2 HCSW- personal care at NNUH.
