The Opportunity
Are you a skilled Painter & Decorator with an eye for detail and a commitment to helping residents live in healthier homes?
We are looking to recruit 3 x Damp & Mould Operatives to join our dedicated Westminster Contract. You will play a vital role in delivering emergency, responsive, and planned treatments to both occupied and void properties.
This is a role for a perfectionist-someone who takes pride in effective preparation and delivering "perfect" finishes, while ensuring our customers always come first.
What You'll Be Doing

Specialist Treatments
Carrying out essential damp and mould treatments to safeguard property health.

Expert Finishes
Delivering high-quality glossing, emulsion, and papering.

Customer Excellence
Working in occupied homes, ensuring a clean, safe, and professional service that puts the resident's experience at the heart of everything you do.

Tech-Enabled
Using a handheld device to receive, update, and complete tasks efficiently (Full training provided).

Safety First
Working in line with industry best practices to ensure the safety of yourself and our residents.
About You

Qualified
You hold a City & Guilds Craft or Level 2 in Painting & Decorating (or equivalent), or are currently working towards it.

CSCS Certified
You hold a Blue CSCS Card (or are working towards one) with a solid understanding of Health & Safety.

Experienced
You are comfortable working in both void and occupied properties and have specific knowledge of damp treatments.

Driver
You must hold a valid UK Driving Licence (Manual or Automatic) for a minimum of 12 months.

Quality Driven
You have a passion for "First Time Fixes" and high-quality repairs.
