We are looking for a people person, and a passionate ambassador to join our dedicated team of staff and volunteers.

Working with our shop team, this post will have a strong focus on sales, customer experience, delivering exceptional customer service, assisting customers with donations, helping to rearrange our fabulous showroom and working closely with the manager/deputy manager instore.
It’s a physically demanding job however, with the opportunity to make your mark creatively and be part of a vibrant and forward thinking organisation we believe it is a unique and rewarding role.
This role will be based at Returned to Glory, Berkhamsted where our showroom is a well loved local destination known for amazing donations, outstanding standards and a warm welcome. Our creative and hard working team, together with the incredible donations we receive from the local community, are key to our success. With all the profits going to supporting the work of the Hospice in the community you would be making a real difference.
What we are looking for
A passion for retail and a ‘people person’
Good general standard of education
Previous retail experience preferred but not essential
Strong communication and interpersonal skills – empathetic and patient
Strong operational and organisational skills
Confident IT user
Ability to work under pressure and multi task in a busy and fast moving environment
Physical strength and pace to cope with regular manual lifting and handling
Flexibility
