Key Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and social interaction to reduce isolation.
• Assist individuals with mobility and safe movement around their home or community.
• Help organize and schedule necessary appointments.
• Escort and support service users when attending medical or social appointments.
• Observe and monitor well-being, carrying out basic health checks where required.
• Perform light household duties to maintain a safe and clean environment.
• Prepare meals and assist with eating, as well as support with medication in line with care plans.
• Deliver personal care, including continence support, in a manner that respects dignity, privacy, and individual preferences.
