Our client, a leading provider of specialised educational services in Essex, is seeking a talented and dedicated Part-time SEMH Tutor to join their team in Clacton-on-Sea. As a Part-time SEMH Tutor, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and individualised lessons that cater to the unique needs of your students. Depending on your qualifications and experience, the salary range for this position is £22 - £30 per hour, making it a highly competitive and attractive opportunity.
Your role will involve working closely with our client's dedicated team of educational professionals to create a supportive and nurturing environment that empowers students to reach their full potential. You will be responsible for designing and implementing tailored lesson plans, utilising a range of innovative teaching methods and resources to ensure the best possible outcomes for the young people in your care.
In addition to your exceptional teaching skills, you will also be required to maintain detailed records, participate in regular reviews and assessments, and collaborate with parents, carers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to each student's development.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a strong background in SEMH education, with a proven track record of working with children and young people who require additional support. You should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to remain calm and patient in challenging situations.
