We arelookingtorecruittoaSpecialtyDoctorpost inStroke Medicine, with 1 Supporting Programmed Activity per week to focus on your own development. As a Trust we have aproven track record insupportingdoctors to completetheirCESRand thengoon to takea Consultant post with the Trust, so this could be your ideal next step.
This is a permanent appointment, based predominantly at the Lister Hospital in Stevenage. The post comprises10programmedactivities(PAs),whichcouldbemodified foracandidatepreferringto work10 PAs or less than full time.
This is an excellent opportunity within the Stroke department at East and North Hertfordshire NHS Trust, based at the Lister Hospital in Stevenage, which enjoys a unique geographical location close to London and Cambridge. · Maintenance of high-quality patient centered care
· Shared responsibility for the day-to-day management of the service
· Teaching and training within the multidisciplinary service
· Active involvement in multidisciplinary team meetings and directorate clinical governance activity
· Active participation in continuing medical education.
