Within this role, you will provide dignified, person-centered support aligned with each client's individual care plan. This includes tailored assistance with personal care, safe mobility, medication management, domestic tasks, and essential errands, all delivered with a focus on building genuine companionship and promoting independence at home.
You do not need previous experience in the care sector; what we value most is your inherent compassion, dependability, and genuine commitment to supporting others. What you’ll bring
Reliability, compassion and a genuine commitment to supporting others
A willingness to learn and complete essential qualifications required for the role, such as the Care Certificate
Flexibility to work - including evenings and weekends (at least every other)
A full UK Driving Licence and access to a reliable vehicle
Right to work in the UK
