Monday to Friday - 5.5 hours per week – Term Time Only

We are looking for a friendly, reliable Playworker to join our Breakfast Club team at Great Bentley Primary School.

This is a rewarding opportunity to help create a safe, fun and welcoming environment for children before the school day begins.

Main duties

• Lead simple games and activities for children
• Prepare and serve breakfast or snacks
• Encourage positive behaviour and engagement
• Help maintain a safe, happy and welcoming setting for all children

What we’re looking for

• Experience working with children in a school, nursery, club or similar setting (paid or voluntary)
• A positive, calm and reliable approach
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Able to meet safeguarding requirements for working with children

Desirable

• Childcare qualification (or working towards one)
• First Aid / Safeguarding / Food Hygiene
