Hospitality Team Member

We’re looking for energetic, friendly, and adaptable people to join our hospitality team in a flexible role that covers both bar and floor service. As a Hospitality Team Member, you’ll be at the heart of creating memorable experiences for our guests, whether you're pouring the perfect pint, serving delicious food, or keeping the vibe upbeat and welcoming.

Key Responsibilities

Bar Service

Prepare and serve drinks, maintain cleanliness, and ensure responsible alcohol service.

Table Service

Take orders, serve food and drinks, clear tables, and be attentive to guests.

Guest Engagement

Create a warm and welcoming atmosphere, answer questions, and resolve issues with a smile.

Teamwork

Support colleagues across all areas of the pub, including bar, floor, and kitchen.

Cleanliness & Safety

Maintain high standards of hygiene and follow all health & safety procedures.

Till Operation

Handle payments accurately and responsibly.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in hospitality is a bonus, but not essential — we’ll train the right person.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Great communication and people skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
