What We’re Looking For
- Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with a valid NMC pin.
- Proven experience in managing a nursing or residential home, with a track record of achieving outstanding quality ratings.
- Strong understanding of CQC standards and regulations, with the ability to implement best practices and drive continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
- Business acumen and marketing skills within the private care sector.

Responsibilities
- Ensure the delivery of excellent person-centred care, meeting all regulatory and statutory requirements.
- Lead and manage a team, providing guidance and support to ensure a positive working environment.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with residents, families, staff, and external professionals.
- Oversee the financial and operational performance of the nursing home, working towards sustainable growth and success.
- Maintain compliance with CQC standards and strive for outstanding ratings through continuous improvement and innovation.
