Company Overview

Established in 1985, our client has grown into a market-leading brand management and distribution business. The company specialises in premium brands within the small domestic appliance, air treatment, and floorcare sectors.

They are now seeking a Warehouse Operative / FLT Driver to join their team on a permanent basis.

The Role

• Moving merchandise safely using manual pallet trucks, PPT, and FLT equipment
• Loading and unloading vehicles efficiently and safely
• Assisting with container unloading and stock movements
• Carrying out accurate goods-in checks and stock put-away
• Bulk pallet movements in and out of warehouse racking
• Picking and packing orders to a high standard of accuracy
• Labelling, unpacking, repacking, and handling goods carefully to avoid damage
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment
• Following all relevant Health & Safety procedures and warehouse processes

Requirements

Essential

• Previous warehouse experience
• Valid Pivot Steer licence
• Good timekeeping and organisational skills
• Strong attention to detail and accurate counting abilities
• Ability to check product lines and stock accurately
• Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently
• Motivated and hardworking attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physically capable of working in a fast-paced warehouse environment involving lifting and manual handling

Desirable

• Counterbalance licence
• PPT License
