Assistant Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Supervising front-of-house operations and ensuring excellent customer service
- Handling and resolving customer complaints in a professional manner
- Ensuring accurate allergen information is provided to customers
- Supporting daily operations, including opening and closing tills
- Assisting with team coordination and maintaining smooth service during busy periods
- Previous experience at a supervisory or assistant manager level within catering or hospitality
Monday-Thursday 8:30 am–5:30 pm (4 days per week)

Mandatory Requirements
- Updated CV.
- Right to work (Passport and Share code).
- NI Proof - P45/P60/ NI CARD.
- 2 proofs of address - (Utility bills, Bank statement, Credit card statement, HMRC, Council tax bill) not more than 2 months old.
- DBS Certificate
- Minimum 2 References which cover the past 5 years of work history.
- Birth Certificate.
- Passport-size photograph.
- Police Clearance Certificate (Foreign Nationals).
