Hearing Aid Audiologist (HAD)

£36,000 to £45,000 Basic + Uncapped Commission (OTE £80,000+)
A genuinely independent audiology provider is hiring a qualified HAD into a small, patient-focused clinic.
No retail pressure. No conveyor belt clinics.
Just proper clinical work, autonomy, and time with patients.
The Role
Own your patient journey from start to finish in a private setting
Full hearing assessments and diagnostics
Clear interpretation and tailored treatment plans
Hearing aid fitting, programming, and optimisation
Ongoing aftercare and patient support
Education around device use and hearing health
Accurate, compliant clinical records
Liaison with wider healthcare professionals when needed

About You
HCPC registered Hearing Aid Audiologist (HAD)
Clinical audiology experience preferred
Confident with major manufacturers such as Phonak, Starkey, Oticon
Strong understanding of hearing physiology
Clear, calm communicator with patients
Able to work independently without hand-holding
Package
£36,000 to £45,000 basic
Uncapped commission (3% rising to 5%)
Realistic OTE £80,000+
Hybrid working model
Admin and clinical support in place
Ongoing CPD and development
