About this role
We have a great opportunity for a full time office based Customer Service Advisor to join our team at our Operation Centre in Sandy, SG19 2UB.
They are a dedicated team that are crucial to our operation, who promptly respond to high volume inbound and outbound calls from our customers, while maintaining our Service Level Agreements and time frames.
They also assist our members and private traders with sales and return queries and provide administrative duties associated with documentation and compliance.
The salary for this position is £29,436 per annum.
