About the Role
The Principal will
- Lead the strategic direction, standards, and culture of Bottisham Village College.
- Develop leadership capacity at all levels and foster collaborative working across the Trust.
- Work closely with central teams (HR, Finance, Operations, IT, Estates) to ensure high‑quality provision.
- Engage with local governance and contribute to shaping the wider Anglian Learning strategy.
- Uphold the Trust’s commitment to safeguarding and equality.
