We are seeking a committed HLTA to support and guide pupils of all abilities, including those with SEN, SEMH, and ADHD, helping them thrive daily in a positive, engaging environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead 1

1 and small group interventions to support learning and development

· Plan and deliver engaging lessons under the guidance of the class teacher

· Support pupils' academic, social, and emotional progress across the curriculum

· Promote and maintain a calm, positive, and inclusive classroom environment

Requirements

· Experience teaching classes set out by the teacher

· Flexible, proactive, and confident in leading learning and interventions

· Experience supporting pupils with SEN, SEMH, ADHD, and behavioural needs

· Positive, patient, and resilient approach to helping pupils thrive

· School or youth work experience

· Enhanced DBS (on Update Service) required

· HLTA qualified or working towards Level 4 TA status is desirable but not essential
