We are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to support and guide pupils of all abilities, including SEN, SEMH and ADHD, helping them thrive every day in a positive, engaging environment.

Key Responsibilities

Provide 1

1 and small group support

• Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons
• Support pupils' academic, social, and emotional development
• Help maintain a calm, positive classroom environment

Requirements

• Flexible and adaptable to different classroom environments
• Positive, encouraging attitude to help children reach their potential
• School or youth work experience
• Experience taking classes in teacher absence
• Confident supporting pupils with behavioural needs
• Experience supporting pupils with SEN, SEMH, ADHD, and behavioural needs
• Patient, resilient, and proactive approach
• Enhanced DBS (on Update Service) required prior to starting
