Key Responsibilities
Early Education
Deliver high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework.
Key Person Growth
Act as a key person for a group of children, tracking their development and creating engaging learning journals.
Health & Safety
Ensure a safe, clean, and stimulating environment, following all safeguarding and child protection policies.
Parent Partnership
Maintain professional and positive relationships with parents and carers, providing daily updates on their child’s progress.
Teamwork
Work collaboratively with room leaders and the management team to create a magical learning environment.
Requirements & Qualifications
Qualifications
Minimum Level 2 or Level 3 in Childcare (or equivalent). Unqualified candidates with significant experience may be considered for specific roles.
Knowledge
A solid understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and Ofsted requirements.
Experience
Previous experience working within a private day nursery or pre-school setting.
Skills
Excellent communication, a "can-do" attitude, and a genuine passion for early childhood development.
