£15.24 per hour PAYE (includes 15% shift bonus)
4-day working week – Monday to Thursday!

About the Role
As a Production Operative, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the company’s manufacturing process. Full training is provided.
Initial duties include
Staging components onto trays
Using sizing presses and tapping machines
Running mould machines
Deflashing and degating parts
Future progression may involve
Preparing feedstocks
Loading/unloading ovens and furnaces
Machine setting and process optimisation
What We're Looking For
Excellent hand-eye coordination and dexterity
Strong concentration and focus
Good problem-solving and time management
Ability to follow procedures and health & safety protocols
Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
Clear communication across all levels of the business
