Production Operative

Flexible People Ltd are currently recruiting Production Operatives for ongoing positions with a well-established industrial client based in Fakenham.

Shift Patterns

06:00 – 14:30

14:30 – 23:00

Monday to Friday

Duties Will Include

Working within a busy production environment

Sorting and preparing items for processing

Loading and unloading products safely

Carrying out quality control checks

Ensuring work areas are kept clean and organised

Following all site health & safety procedures

Candidate Requirements

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Good attention to detail

Reliable, punctual, and hardworking attitude

Able to work independently and as part of a team

Previous production or warehouse experience is advantageous, but full training will be provided
