About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Care Home Manager to lead our well-established care home in Norfolk. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated leader who is committed to delivering outstanding person-centred care while driving operational excellence and maintaining high regulatory standards.

As Care Home Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of the home, ensuring the highest quality of care for residents, strong team leadership, and excellent occupancy and financial performance.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, inspire, and manage the care home team to deliver exceptional standards of care.

Ensure compliance with all CQC regulations and company policies.

Oversee recruitment, staff development, and retention.

Manage budgets and financial performance effectively.

Build positive relationships with residents, families, healthcare professionals, and external agencies.

Promote a safe, caring, and welcoming environment for residents and staff.

Drive continuous improvement and maintain excellent quality standards throughout the home.

Ensure effective occupancy management and business growth.

About You

Previous experience as a Registered Care Home Manager within elderly or nursing care.

Strong leadership and people management skills.

Good understanding of CQC regulations and compliance requirements.

Proven ability to manage budgets and improve service performance.

Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Nurse qualification and active NMC PIN preferred but not essential depending on service type.

Passionate about delivering high-quality resident-focused care.
