- Lead and manage a portfolio of improvement and transformation projects, ensuring delivery of the Trust’s strategic, productivity and efficiency objectives.
- Apply robust programme management, governance and reporting processes to ensure projects are well planned, tracked and deliver measurable benefits.
- Work in partnership with clinical and operational teams to redesign pathways, reduce variation and improve performance, capacity and patient outcomes.
- Support the development and delivery of the Trust’s improvement framework, including capability building, training and coaching.
- Act as a trusted improvement partner to a clinical division, providing expert advice, shaping improvement initiatives and supporting delivery.
- Use data and measurement for improvement to identify opportunities, track progress and demonstrate impact, including financial and operational benefits.
- Engage and influence stakeholders across the organisation, building a culture of continuous improvement and supporting the spread of best practice.
- Collaborate with Digital, Analytics and other corporate teams to align improvement initiatives with wider system developments and priorities.
