Our client, a highly regarded primary school in Epping, Essex, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Full-time Teaching Assistant to join their dynamic team. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in enhancing the educational experience of the students. Working closely with the class teachers, you will provide invaluable support in the classroom, ensuring that children of all abilities can thrive and reach their full potential. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, assisting with lesson planning and delivery, providing one-on-one or small-group support, and implementing individualised learning strategies.
