About this role

Prospero Teaching are seeking a reliable and compassionate Night‑Time Child Officer to support a nurturing residential or educational setting in Chelmsford, starting ASAP. This role is ideal for someone experienced in childcare, safeguarding, or pastoral support who is confident working independently during night hours and ensuring the safety and wellbeing of children overnight.

The setting is looking for a calm, attentive practitioner with strong communication skills, excellent vigilance, and a genuine commitment to supporting young people.
