Role Overview

We are looking for experienced, caring, and compassionate Care Assistants to join our growing team in Braintree and the surrounding areas. The successful candidate will provide high-quality support to service users in their homes, promoting independence, well-being, and dignity at all times.

Key Responsibilities

Providing personal care, including washing, dressing, and toileting support
Assisting with meal preparation and nutrition
Supporting with medication administration or prompting
Providing companionship and emotional support
Encouraging independence and daily living activities
Supporting with mobility and transfers where required
Light domestic duties, including cleaning and laundry
Recording care notes accurately and reporting concerns appropriately
Maintaining confidentiality and safeguarding standards at all times

What We Are Looking For

✔ Previous care experience preferred

✔ Compassionate, patient, and reliable nature

✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

✔ Ability to work independently and as part of a team

✔ Flexible and committed attitude

✔ Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle preferred

✔ Right to work in the UK
