Ward Nurse Manager – CAHMS
Up to £52,000 per annum | 37.5 hours per week

What We’re Looking For
- Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) – essential
- Previous experience in a leadership or management role within a clinical setting
- Experience working with individuals with complex mental health needs
- Strong knowledge of clinical governance, safeguarding, and risk management
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- A compassionate, patient-focused approach to care
- Strong communication and organisational abilities

Key Responsibilities
- Leading and managing the day-to-day operations of the ward
- Ensuring high standards of clinical care and patient safety
- Supporting and developing a multidisciplinary team
- Overseeing care planning, risk assessments, and clinical governance
- Maintaining compliance with CQC standards and regulatory requirements
- Building positive relationships with patients, families, and external professionals
- Driving continuous improvement and high-quality outcomes
