We are seeking to appoint a committed and efficient Administration Assistant to join our friendly team at Hopton Church of England Primary Academy, a vibrant village school at the heart of our local community.

The Role

The Administration Assistant will support the effective management of the school’s administrative, financial, technical and clerical support services to a high standard, ensuring that these functions support the management and teachers of the school in an efficient and effective manner including:

  • Providing general administrative support to the academy.
  • Processing orders.
  • Supporting budget monitoring and reconciliation.
  • Liaising with suppliers and the Trust finance team.

Are Looking For Someone Who

  • Has experience in finance or school administration.
  • Is highly organised, accurate and able to prioritise workload.
  • Has excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • Communicates effectively with staff, parents and external partners.
  • Works with integrity and maintains confidentiality.
  • Is enthusiastic about contributing to the life of a busy primary school.

Working Hours

The successful candidate will work Monday – Friday 08:30 – 16:00 with a ½ hour unpaid lunch.
