3PL Operations Manager (12-Month FTC) Dagenham | £60,000–£65,000 | Hybrid Working
We’re recruiting for an experienced 3PL Operations Manager to lead a fast-paced warehouse operation in Dagenham on a 12-month maternity cover.
The Role as Operations Manager
- Lead day-to-day warehouse and logistics operations
- Manage and develop operational and admin teams
- Drive performance against service, cost, and productivity targets
- Take ownership of a reworks function delivering £10k+ monthly revenue
- Act as escalation point for operational and customer issues
- Ensure strong H&S compliance and operational standards
- Partner with commercial teams to support growth
About You
- Proven experience in 3PL or warehouse management as Operations Manager or similar
- Strong leadership and performance management skills
- Commercially aware with a focus on efficiency and results
- Able to manage fast-paced, high-volume operations
What’s Offered
- £60,000–£65,000 salary
- Hybrid working (2–3 days from home once established)
- 08:00–16:30 or 09:00–17:30, Monday–Friday
- 22 days holiday + bank holidays
