About this role
Provide comprehensive administrative and coordination support to the in-patient unit team and wider clinical services
Maintain accurate electronic patient records using hospice systems
Communicate professionally and sensitively with patients, families, healthcare professionals and colleagues
Respond promptly and professionally to all enquiries, including telephone calls, emails, web enquiries and electronic patient record tasks
Assist with ordering and maintaining stock levels for clinical and administrative supplies
Plan and prioritise tasks effectively in a busy environment
Provide support to volunteers working within the clinical teams
