  • General administrative support within transport department
  • Handling emails, calls, and office communication
  • Data entry and maintaining accurate records
  • Filing, scanning, and organising documents
  • Sorting delivery driver schedules

Weekend Morning Transport Administrator Requirements

  • Previous administrative experience within transport
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
  • Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • A proactive and professional approach to work
