- General administrative support within transport department
- Handling emails, calls, and office communication
- Data entry and maintaining accurate records
- Filing, scanning, and organising documents
- Sorting delivery driver schedules
Weekend Morning Transport Administrator Requirements
- Previous administrative experience within transport
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- A proactive and professional approach to work
