Associate Dentist

Contract TypeSelf-Employed Associate Heralds Way Dental Clinic is an established mixed NHS and private practice seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Associate Dentist to join our friendly and progressive team. This is an excellent opportunity for a clinician looking to develop within a supportive and digitally advanced environment with strong NHS-to-private conversion opportunities and excellent patient demographics. The successful candidate will provide high-quality NHS and private dental care whilst maintaining excellent standards of patient communication, record keeping and clinical governance.

The role includes

Routine and emergency dental care Comprehensive treatment planning Preventative and restorative dentistry Building and maintaining long-term patient relationships Identifying and discussing private treatment options where clinically appropriate Working collaboratively with the wider clinical and management team Maintaining accurate and compliant clinical records Adhering to all GDC, CQC and cross infection control standards Our practice is fully digital and equipped with: Two iTero scanners CBCT technology Digital workflow systems MiSmile membership Platinum Invisalign Provider status Implant Swiss affiliation In-house DWSI in Endodontics for referral support We are proud of our supportive culture and commitment to clinical development. Mentorship and support are available for clinicians wishing to develop their private and cosmetic dentistry skills further.

The ideal candidate will

Hold full GDC registration Hold an NHS Performer Number Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills Demonstrate a patient-centred approach Be motivated, professional and team-oriented Have good standards of clinical governance and record keeping Have experience in both NHS and private dentistry (preferred) Interest or experience in Invisalign, cosmetic dentistry or digital dentistry would be advantageous but is not essential.
