Agricultural Harvest Worker - Seed Operative (Temporary)

We are currently recruiting for an Agricultural Harvest Worker - Seed Operative to join our client in the agriculture and farming industry. This Agricultural Harvest Worker role is a temporary harvest position supporting seed processing operations across Norfolk, Suffolk, Cambridgeshire and Essex.

As an Agricultural Harvest Worker, you will work as a Seed Operative supporting mobile seed processing units on farms. This role is ideal for candidates with experience as a farm operative, agricultural worker, or harvest worker looking for seasonal work within agriculture and farming.

Key Responsibilities

• Work as an Agricultural Harvest Worker supporting seed processing operations
• Assist as a Seed Operative with machinery setup, operation, and calibration
• Travel across Norfolk, Suffolk, Cambridgeshire and Essex to different farm locations
• Support daily farming and agriculture operations
• Carry out manual handling and heavy lifting duties
• Maintain accurate records and ensure efficient working practices
• Liaise with farm staff to support smooth agricultural operations

Requirements

• Previous experience in agriculture, farming, or harvest work preferred
• Experience as an Agricultural Worker, Farm Operative, or Harvest Worker desirable
• Full UK driving licence (essential for travelling across Norfolk, Suffolk, Cambridgeshire and Essex)
• Flexible to work long hours, weekends, and early starts (around 6am)
• Physically fit and comfortable with heavy lifting
• Reliable, hardworking, and self-motivated

Additional Information

• Temporary Agricultural Harvest Worker role (6-8 weeks)
• £14.00 - £14.50 per hour
• PPE provided
• Field-based role within the agriculture and farming industry
• Working across Norfolk, Suffolk, Cambridgeshire and Essex
• Start date from July
