Are you the right person for the job?

  • Previous experience in the vehicle rental sector is desirable, but not essential
  • Applications welcomed from candidates with customer service or administrative experience
  • Excellent communication skills (face-to-face, written, and telephone)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Computer literate
  • Full UK driving licence held for a minimum of 12 months
  • Eligible to work in the UK

What will your role look like?

  • Report to the Branch Rental Manager and work as part of a team
  • Deal with customer enquiries
  • Allocate vehicles and coordinate collections and deliveries
  • Support the branch in achieving profit and performance targets
  • Help ensure the branch operates safely, efficiently, and cost-effectively
