The Opportunity We are looking for a skilled and motivated Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join our dedicated team. You will play a key role in supporting the smooth running of the academy, contributingto an environment where every pupil can thriveby leading small group learning in subjects across the curriculum and supporting students through interventions. About You

  • Relevant experience of working withchildren with a range of SEND needs.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Confidence in using IT systems and software relevant to the role.
  • A commitment to safeguarding and supporting the wellbeing of pupils.
