HRGO Recruitment are recruiting for a Day Loading Shovel Driver to work in a busy Waste Plant within Tilbury, Essex.

YOU MUST HOLD NPORS / CPCS LOADING SHOVEL TICKET FOR THIS ROLE

LOADING SHOVEL OPERATOR EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED EITHER IN WASTE OR AGGREGATES SECTOR.

Key Responsibilities

Material Handling

Controlling the loading shovel to scoop up materials from stockpiles or hoppers from recycling plant areas.

Equipment Maintenance

Perform routine maintenance and inspections on the loading shovel to ensure optimal performance.

Safety Compliance

Adhere to safety guidelines and procedures, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).

Site Navigation

Maneuver the loading shovel safely around the site, avoiding obstacles and ensuring the accurate handling of materials.

Record Keeping

Maintain accurate records of materials moved and equipment maintenance

FULL PPE IS REQUIRED - STEEL TOE CAP BOOTS, HIGH VIS, HARD HAT, GLOVES
