Skills and Experience Essential Highly developed interpersonal skills including formal and informal communication Proven record of working within an active, fast paced clinical environment Experience of having collaborative role in an MDT environment Working proactively and collaboratively in the team and wider trust Interest in service development and or evidence of involvement Able to prioritise, plan and organise efficiently and work with multiple conflicting priorities. Desirable Experience with CAD CAM or digital workflows. Experience mentoring students or clinical staff. Ability to work within multidisciplinary teams and handle complex cases Qualifications Essential BSc (Hons) in Prosthetics & Orthotics or equivalent. HCPC registered.

Full driving licence Relevant MSc, or postgraduate qualifications in a clinical area. Practice educator training BAPO member ISPO member
