The Best Connection are pleased to announce a new vacancy to work as a receptionist with our client in Romford.

we are looking for an organised and proactive Receptionist to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong attention to detail and a willingness to support a busy operational environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle and process incoming call enquiries, ensuring swift and professional responses
  • Meeting and welcoming clients
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Carry out basic administration tasks using Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Booking appointments, liaising with sales team.

What We're Looking For

  • Good working knowledge of Word and Excel
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Shifts Monday to Friday 8

30am - 6pm

Saturday 9am - 6pm

Sunday 10am - 4pm

Pay £13 per hour
