Business Administration Apprentice (Apprenticeship)

About this role

What you’ll be doing

Welcoming clients and ensuring a professional, friendly first impression

Answering calls, taking and passing on messages

Managing the CRM system, including updating client records and matching fees

Preparing pre-meeting documents such as valuations and illustrations

Scheduling and following up client appointments

Handling incoming post and scanning documents to client files

Assisting with quarterly client mailings

Distributing emails received through the company website

Supporting the Customer Relations Manager with client suitability reports after annual reviews

Training provided

Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship Standard

Functional Skills in maths and English (if required)

Training delivered in the workplace

Requirements

GCSEs (or equivalent) in maths and English (grades 4–9)

Strong IT skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) – training will be given

Excellent communication and organisation skills

Ability to work as part of a team and use initiative

High attention to detail

Future prospects

Opportunity to secure a permanent position and progress within the business after completing the apprenticeship
