Partnerships Manager - Commercial

About this role

We’re looking for an experienced Partnerships Manager to manage and grow long‑term relationships with existing clients. This is a commercially focused, consultative role, responsible for partnership strategy, scheme performance, and identifying opportunities to enhance and grow existing business.

You’ll play a key role in shaping partnership strategy, acting as a trusted adviser to clients and ensuring our propositions continue to deliver strong commercial outcomes for both Arc Legal and our partners.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and develop strategic affinity insurance partnerships

Act as the main point of contact for allocated partners

Lead regular client reviews and ongoing senior‑level engagement

Take a consultative approach to partnership strategy and scheme performance

Identify and deliver growth opportunities within existing arrangements

Support new proposition development and implementation

Prepare renewals, business plans and client presentations

About You

Proven experience managing Affinity Insurance partnerships (essential)

Strong commercial awareness with the ability to identify and deliver growth opportunities

Demonstrable experience managing senior stakeholders and long‑term client relationships

Confident, credible communicator, comfortable operating at partner and executive level

Experience within ancillary insurance sales or distribution is desirable but not essential
