About this role
A dedicated and proactive Full-Time Live-In Nanny Housekeeper is needed to support a busy household led by a professional surgeon, caring for two children while managing the housekeeping duties for the entire family. The ideal candidate will be highly organised and capable of maintaining a smooth-running home, with a focus on creating a nurturing environment for the children. The mother is happy to cook for the nanny to serve if you are less confident in the kitchen; however, ideally, the nanny will be happy to cook. Flexibility is key as the mother will be returning to work in January 2027, and 12-hour days will be required from the Nanny. No driving is required for this position, making it perfect for a candidate who prefers local or walking-based routines.
A valid first aid certification is also required.

Duties include
preparing healthy meals and snacks
playing with the child
attending various playdates
helping with the bedtime routine
doing the laundry and ironing
dusting
hoovering the carpets and floors
ensuring all bedrooms are always clean
polishing the floor
preparing simple yet healthy and delicious meals for the family
cleaning up after meals
changing bedsheets once a week
maintaining a clean and tidy environment for the family
