What You'll Be Doing
- Leading, evaluating and elevating all SEND provision across the school
- Managing EHCPs, reviewing student progress, and driving strategic interventions
- Coaching, mentoring and inspiring classroom teachers and LSAs
- Coordinating external agencies, families, and the wider school community
- Designing bespoke learning pathways and championing ambitious, inclusive curricula
- Monitoring, assessing and reporting SEN impact to SLT and Governors
