What You'll Be Doing

Leading, evaluating and elevating all SEND provision across the school
Managing EHCPs, reviewing student progress, and driving strategic interventions
Coaching, mentoring and inspiring classroom teachers and LSAs
Coordinating external agencies, families, and the wider school community
Designing bespoke learning pathways and championing ambitious, inclusive curricula
Monitoring, assessing and reporting SEN impact to SLT and Governors
