Riverside Leisure Centre is Chelmsford City Council’s flagship leisure facility, offering a wide range of sports and fitness activities for all ages and abilities. Our vibrant team works together in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment to deliver outstanding experiences to our community.

We are currently seeking qualified Assistant Swimming Instructors who are passionate about teaching and inspiring both children and adults. In this role, you will support our swimming instructors in delivering our year round swimming lesson programme, helping learners build confidence, develop skills, and achieve their goals in the water.

Our lesson programme includes sessions for parents and babies, toddlers, juniors, and adults, running at various times throughout the week.
