About this role
Be a caring, compassionate, committed and experienced registered nurse and advanced clinical practitioner. Responsible for patients on their caseload and will assess, manage, diagnose, treat, plan deliver and evaluate care. Demonstrating safe, competent clinical decision-making and expert care, ensuring the NMC code of professional conduct and the Trust values are embedded in practice. Support the breaking of diagnostic news ensuring the family are supported through the process with access to resources and are able to leave appointments safely. Support the Consultant Nurse in delivering on the children's agenda especially SEND.
