This isn't just about managing a classroom; it's about strategic academic intervention and pastoral advocacy. This role is specifically designed for professionals aiming for School Direct programs, Educational Psychology, or Senior Pastoral leadership.

Serve as a Lead Mentor for "at-risk" students, designing bespoke confidence-building frameworks and resilience workshops.
-

Work as a consultant to Subject Leads, identifying gaps in student understanding and co-developing differentiated resources for inclusive learning.
-
Professional Development
Gain exposure to senior leadership meetings, data tracking (attainment mapping), and specialised SEND strategies.

| Exam Access Leadership | Overseeing scribe/reader requirements and coaching students on time management and exam technique. |
