£30,000 + Accommodation OR £40,000 per annum

Are you compassionate, organised, and passionate about supporting older people? We are looking for a caring and motivated Head Warden / Scheme Manager to lead our friendly retirement community
You will oversee the wellbeing of residents, manage and support staff, coordinate daily operations, and help maintain a safe, welcoming environment for everyone.
What we're looking for
- Experience in elderly care preferred
- Compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Basic computer skills and minimum GCSE qualifications

Working Hours
