What skills and experience we're looking for
We are seeking a motivated Lecturer in Electrotechnical to support the development of future professionals in the electrical services industry. The successful candidate will have significant industry experience and while previous teaching experience is desirable, it is not essential. Candidates who do not yet hold a teaching qualification must be willing to work towards one, with full support provided by the college. You will be responsible forteaching and assessing across a range of programmes, including apprenticeships and short courses, ensuring learners are equipped with the technical knowledge and practical skills required in the sector.
Working collaboratively with curriculum teams, employers, and industry bodies, you will contribute to the ongoing development of our Electrotechnical provision. Your role will include curriculum planning, student mentorship, and active participation in quality assurance processes.
